The apartment was new and clean, located in a calm area near all the action. It was just a 5-minute walk to the bustling 5th avenue and a 10-minute walk to the beach. The panoramic swimming pool was simply amazing, and I loved the limited view of the ocean from there.
There were a few downsides to my stay. the entrance to the apartment was quite inconvenient.

Spent my New Year in a modern and clean apartment located a few steps away from the beach area and the city center. Enjoyed the amenities offered, including a panoramic swimming pool with ocean views and underground parking for those seeking convenience. the apartment was also equipped with a water machine and comfortable furniture for a homey atmosphere.
Although the green and chic surroundings were a delight, the downside was not having spare essentials like bin bags or extra toilet rolls. the pool turned my kids' swimwear green, which was quite disappointing, and the online lock system demanded internet access for unlocking the door, causing problems with a lack of internet connection that delayed our entry.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue with top-notch amenities. the panoramic swimming pool provides an amazing view of the sea, while the rooftop pool and sun terrace offer an unobstructed vista. the massage services were amazing and the outdoor dining area and bbq facilities made for a perfect evening with family and friends.
The only minor issue was that we needed internet to unlock and lock the apartment which was not practical. Though the contact was available, it was in a different time zone which resulted in a 20 minute entry delay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It was very clean and in a calm area. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk from 5th avenue and a 10-minute walk from the beach. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the panoramic swimming pool. The fact that there was underground parking was also a plus.
Almost perfect, just a small issue with the water machine running out.

Guests can enjoy the amazing panoramic swimming pool and even catch a limited view of the ocean. the apartment offers its own underground parking and a water machine, which is a great bonus.
Some guests have reported issues with the pool, as it caused their children's swimwear and skin to turn green.
